Act: What Can Be Done?

The final step of our project was "act."  The word "act" means "to perform an action" (wordnetweb).  After seeing and judging the situation, we then had to decide what actions were necessary to take in order to fix it.  We decided that there were actions that the world can take as a whole and actions that college students can take on their own.
